Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to maintain the integrity of our artisanal craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original Tang Heritage box, including the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
